Cement Factory
Concrete factory in the Rocky Desert designed to aesthetically resemble a cement plant. Consists of:
- Concrete Constructors x 88 (352MW, concrete 1320pm)
- Wet Concrete Refineries x 6 (180MW concrete 480pm)
- Water Extractors x 5 (100MW)
- Pump Mk1 + Mk2 (12MW)
- Miner Mk 3 x 14 (420MW)
- Truck Station x 2
- Train Station x 8
- Freight train x 1 (for limestone)
Limestone is delivered via rail from across the Rocky Desert zone, taking up 14 limestone deposits. At full capacity, this megaprint can produce up to 1800pm concrete, for delivery via either truck or rail. While not the maximum amount of concrete possible (that would require using only wet concrete refineries), this quantity is suitable for producing Heavy Modular Frames at 60pm as an example.
Power
Powered from the rail system. Detailed figures above, plus power for any transport. The plant itself is divided into 3 switch groups (each group produces 600pm concrete).

As an aesthetic piece, it's amazing! Very creative use of enlarged objects for a credible irl cement factory look.
As a producing factory, it's relatively meh, but not enough for me to knock off a star. There's a lot of things I would have done differently, but that's not saying they are done 'wrong'. For example, using a push pull train line for moving the limestone such a short distance feels excessive and a large use of space that could have been reduced by using (miles of) conveyor belts.
Within the facility itself, there's not a lot of machine eye candy. Most of the constructors are just crammed in a box with some moderate clipping. But this is offset with the exterior aesthetics (which imo is what warrants a high rating for this creation! good job!)
With close to 6000 limestone per minute being mined out, I would have expected a higher final product output, but it makes sense that the bulk of it is processed with hidden constructors for aesthetic reasons in this application. Constructors floating in the air would be points taken from the 5-star rating if they had not been hidden, and exposed refineries give me that eye-candy of moving machinery.
There's a lot of irl details sprinkled throughout, giving the place a realistic feel. I found the train station import manifold particularly intricate. Overall, I like it, but given it's construction and layout it would be tricky to implement into an existing world unless the whole rail system + miners are dismantled and replaced with something compatible with one's existing infrastructure.
I recommend more details to be added to description. Things I would consider crucial to call out would be total power consumption, ppm in/out, labeled power switch functions, etc. Also, more information on what your direction for this build was would be great. Something to give others an idea of what to expect before they import the print.
Thank you for sharing it with us!

Hi everyone. I've checked every belt, pipe and powerline, everything in the megaprint seems connected and functioning. Please leave some feedback if you find any issues
